Subscription and cancellation policy

This policy applies when you select a subscription at purchase. One-time purchases are charged once and do not renew automatically.

Noverly Nattokinase subscriptions

Your selected bundle (1, 2 or 4 bottles) is delivered automatically every 30 days and charged at the same interval for the amount displayed at checkout. The 25% discount off the one-time purchase price applies to every subscription order. Any shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before purchase. Your payment method is stored securely by the payment provider.

Changes, pauses and cancellation

There is no minimum number of orders or cancellation fee. You can pause or cancel before your next charge through the Subscriptions page in your account. Deliveries and charges continue until you cancel. For assistance, email contact@cateringshopi.com with your order number.

Orders already processed are covered by our return and refund policy.
